Christmas Delivery Putnams 2020

Christmas information:

PLEASE SELECT NEXT DAY IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ITEM DELIVERED BEFORE CHRISTMAS. ROYAL MAIL IS STRUGGLING (see below BBC news article).

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-55263177

We have temporarily upgraded all standard delivery to 1st class Royal mail for the rest of 2020 however 1st class is still taking over a week in some instances.

We will be dispatching orders right up until we close (our last working day is the 23rd December). Please note Royal mail is struggling to deliver parcels on time currently, if you want something delivered before Christmas select next working day shipping at check-out.

Due to current circumstances we are not able to send any parcels outside the UK. Ones that we have been sending have gone missing. We will contact any customers that do place these orders to discuss options.

We re-open on the 4th January.

All orders placed while we are closed will be processed when we re-open in the new year. All next day orders will be prioritised however we cannot guarantee they will all leave us on the first day back. We will do our best. When they do leave us they will go out via a next day service. All standard delivery items will be sent out as soon as possible.

All email received while we are closed will be answered in date order upon re-opening.

Orders placed from the 10th December until 23rd December 2020 will benefit from an extended returns policy of 30 days once the item has been received (instead of the usual 14).
