Many of our products carry a guarantee, our products are of a very high quality and will normally last much longer than this time period although can sometimes need to be changed for hygiene reasons. Posture chairs, country seats and writing slopes should not be used longer than this guarantee period unless serviced by a Putnams trained product technician. For this reason you take your own risks using these products (posture chairs, country seats and writing slopes) outside of the guarantee without a full service. We cannot be held liable for any damages.

Acceptance of Order (Our Contract)
When buying goods on the internet, you are entering into a legally binding contract. The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of payment for an order via our website or other means does not constitute acceptance of an order. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point a contract is formed. We reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery. You will need to be over 18 (the legal age to contract legally) to use this site.

Putnam Health Co Ltd endeavors to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date but gives no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of the information. We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately display the sizes, colours, shapes and patterns of the goods for sale on our website. Representations of colour are approximate due to limitations of photographic equipment and different output devices. You acknowledge and accept that these may vary. Wood is a natural product and therefore may carry minor imperfections and characteristics such as grain, colour variations and knots. These characteristics are not classed as a manufacturing fault. Our product packaging can change at any time and is not classified as a "product" and therefore is not covered by any product guarantees.
All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in this currency. The prices payable for goods that you order are set out on our website. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering your goods. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT but exclusive of any import or export duties. Only one discount code/offer can be used at any time when purchasing.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and un-used and we will refund you the price of the goods only to the original credit or debit card used.
Please note that some of our items are now sent out in pre-sealed bags for hygiene purposes and once opened cannot be returned to us. Please also note that returned items must be sent back with all packing (including external purple piped packaging bags) or we reserve the right to take off £5 from the order.
Return costs are at your expense and we would recommend you obtain a free ‘proof of postage’ receipt from your Post Office, please note this is different from a standard receipt. You must package the goods appropriately to ensure that they are returned in perfect condition as they are your responsibility until they reach us. We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if you buy online you have the right to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
We reserve the right to change and discontinue our packaging without warning. The packaging is not part of the product and in no way affects the performance of our products. Therefore we cannot offer refunds, paid return postage or discounts for changes to our packaging.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel the order up to the point at which the goods are dispatched by us. Should you cancel your order before dispatch, we will refund the full amount to the original credit/debit card within 5 working days.

Our delivery options and charges are specified on our website. Shipping outside the UK may incur additional delivery charges. We will contact you with any additional costs prior to dispatch. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. We will deliver to the address requested at the time you make the order and it is your responsibility to ensure the details are correct. Express orders and delivery of large/heavy items will require a signature. If your order is returned to us because the carrier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Charges for any repeat delivery may be incurred. If your item arrives clearly damaged reject the goods from the courier. If items are accepted you have 24 hours to notify us of the damage and we will where appropriate work with you to fix the problem.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, quality control issues, industrial disputes, computer systems breakdown, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. - Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
- Direct banking: Available in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Available in Germany, Sweden, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
- Card Payments: Available in Germany. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. Please note all website promotions, Free delivery offers etc only apply to the Putnams range of branded products available for purchase on our website and not to any bespoke foam orders or otherwise.
