They are the same to roll away as a sleeping bag. Simply fold them in half, roll up and pop into the draw-string bag.

No. This is a travel topper, it is not to be used directly onto the ground or a solid surface. It is to go onto of a camping mat, mattress, fold out bed, campervan bed etc to improve comfort & iron out any lumps or bumps.
